Delivery

UK Standard Delivery orders are free and will be received within 3-5 business days, sent with Royal Mail.
UK Express Delivery orders are an additional £5 and will be received within 2 days, sent with Royal Mail.
Delivery tracking numbers will be included automatically within the dispatch confirmation email.
If Royal Mail has attempted to deliver a parcel when no one is home, a red card will be left and the parcel will be waiting for collection at the local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to enquire and retrieve the undelivered parcel.
If the parcel is not collected from the post office, Royal Mail will return it to Sahib Jewels in 1/2 weeks. We will kindly send the item again free of charge.
Exchanges

Please contact Sahib Jewels if you wish to exchange an item.
We cannot provide exchanges or refunds on discounted sale items, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges will be not accepted if the item is not returned within 3 days of receiving.
Exchanges cannot be processed until the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not damaged in transit. If the item arrives back to Sahib Jewels in a worse condition, the exchange cannot be processed.
Customers are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for an item of greater value.
Refunds

Due to the nationwide retail policy, earrings are not refundable/exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
